Encinal Mansion sits high above the Malibu coastline, where floor-to-ceiling glass erases the line between the house and the horizon. The plan is open and light-filled: a gourmet kitchen in marble and custom wood, a dining room framed by retractable glass, and a deck that catches the whole arc of the sunset.

Outside, a heated pool and spa are held in lush greenery, with fire pits and several lounge terraces for the hours after dinner. Each bedroom takes its own vantage point over the Pacific, and the primary suite runs the entire upper level with a steam shower, dressing room and a wraparound ocean-view terrace.
