A sunlit travertine entry hall at the Selfridge house with a stone staircase and palms beyond the windows

About

A quieter way to stayin Los Angeles.

We believe a house, properly kept, gives more than a hotel ever can.

Our story

One house,then a few more.

Stay LA Villas began with a single house on Latigo Canyon. The collection has grown slowly and on purpose — every home visited, photographed as it actually is, and known room by room before a single guest arrives.

01

Fewer houses, known deeply.

A handful of homes, each visited in person and accepted only when we would stay there ourselves.

02

Thoughtfully hosted.

One director from first message to final morning, with preferences kept and remembered between stays.

03

Luxury you feel, never see.

Hotel discipline inside a private house: linens turned, pantry stocked, nothing asked twice.

A sunlit Malibu living room in warm plaster and travertine, an olive tree and the Pacific framed by a picture window

“The difference is in the details you don’t have to think about.”

— Our philosophy

How a stay runs

One person,start to finish.

A dedicated stay director handles every detail — before, during, and after your stay. So you can be fully present, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

It’s the little thingsyou remember.
