- How much does a Malibu beach house rental cost?
- Nightly rates in our Malibu collection begin around $3,500 and rise with size, season and beachfront position. Several houses are quoted on inquiry. Final pricing, minimum stay and cleaning fee are confirmed before anything is paid.
- Which part of Malibu should I stay in?
- Carbon Beach, Malibu Road and Malibu Colony put you closest to restaurants and the pier. Point Dume, Paradise Cove and Broad Beach are quieter, with better swimming and more space between houses. Serra Retreat, Bonsall Canyon and Ellice Street sit back from the highway for privacy.
- Are the houses beachfront?
- Some are directly on the sand; others sit on bluffs or in the canyons with ocean views and beach access a short walk or drive away. Each villa page describes its exact setting and approximate travel times to nearby beaches and restaurants.
- Is there a minimum stay?
- Minimum stays vary by house and season, and are shown when you enter dates. Holiday weeks generally carry longer minimums.
- What is included with a stay?
- Every stay is arranged with a single director who handles arrival, housekeeping and anything you ask for during the week. Private chefs, drivers, wellness and on-water experiences are arranged on request.
