Escondido Escape sits on the sand at Escondido Beach, on a quiet private street in Malibu. Walls of glass and three oceanfront decks face the Pacific, Catalina Island and the coastline, and the beach-level great room opens straight onto the shore — the house has direct beach access, which almost nothing else in the collection can claim.

Inside, the designer kitchen is positioned to hold the view, with a central island and an easy flow into the living and dining rooms. Five bedrooms include an ocean-view primary suite with a steam shower, soaking tub, dual vanities and a walk-in closet; three further ensuite rooms and a flexible fifth serve as guest room, office or fitness space. A dedicated home office sits under high ceilings and good light. The house takes stays of a month or more.
