Farley Court

The house

Inside the house.

Farley Court is a gated contemporary house in the hills of Studio City — a little over 2,500 square feet of glass, warm timber and concrete, arranged so that every main room looks out over the valley. The kitchen is the centrepiece, with walnut cabinetry, concrete counters and a long island opening into the dining and living space.

The outdoor rooms are what guests remember: multi-level decks, a private spa, a recessed fire pit ringed with built-in seating, and a rooftop deck at the top of the property for sunsets. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms keep it comfortably sized for six, and unlike much of the collection it takes short stays.
