Two gated acres between the coast and the hills.
A modern farmhouse compound set behind gates on roughly two lush acres, the main residence built new with soaring ceilings and glass walls that open the length of the deck. A professional Viking kitchen anchors the plan, and the living, dining and outdoor rooms run together under a vaulted wood ceiling.
The grounds carry the rest of the house: a full-sized pool and spa, a wraparound Ipe deck, a cabana with a dedicated massage room, and a detached studio and steel-and-glass greenhouse that suit creative work, wellness or long stays. Malibu's coastline is one direction, Westlake Village the other.
