Stonegate sits behind mature landscaping in the Hollywood Hills, moments from the Sunset Strip. A ten-foot glass door opens into a living room and bar where a stone fireplace and Fleetwood sliding doors set the tone: warm materials, quiet lines, and rooms that open rather than announce themselves.

The main level gathers around an open kitchen that flows into the dining and family rooms and out to a covered patio with a fireplace, pool and spa, while a second planted terrace off the kitchen stays quieter. Upstairs the primary suite joins two ensuite guest rooms, a sitting room and an office, with a fourth guest suite and a home theatre with bar on the lower level.
