Canyon Crest sits behind private gates in the hills of Beverly Hills, an approximately 3,529-square-foot estate originally designed by Gerard Colcord and reimagined by Julia Dempster. It is deliberately traditional: white clapboard, reclaimed beams, wide-plank European oak and two living rooms with statement fireplaces — a counterweight to the glass houses elsewhere in the collection.

The kitchen is the heart of it, with a black range, custom cabinetry and an oversized island under timber beams, opening to a formal dining room. Five bedrooms include a primary suite with dual dressing rooms and a spa-inspired bath. The grounds do the rest: a newly refurbished pool and spa, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen, a brick courtyard, a fire pit and covered terraces looking into the canyon and the city lights.
