Paseo Panorama sits high above Los Leones Canyon on a private gated site, with views that run from the San Gabriel Mountains and Downtown across to the Pacific. Architect Tom Leishman planned it around walls of glass and Italian finishes — Molteni, Poliform, Modulnova, Bisazza — and the interiors were furnished by Michael Palumbo.

A Poliform kitchen and a second chef's kitchen open to the terraces, six en-suite guest bedrooms surround a 2,500-square-foot primary suite, and the lower level holds the wellness and entertaining rooms: gym, sauna, plunge pool, wine cellar, bar, theatre and ballroom. A 90-foot infinity-edge pool runs along the ocean side.
