A cedar-lined modern near the marina, with a roof deck
Sanborn Villa is a warm modern house a few minutes from the marina and the beach path. Cedar ceilings run through the main floor, a sculptural stair opens the house vertically, and the living room slides open to a decked courtyard with a pool and a fire lounge. The kitchen is a pair of quiet islands; the library wall and study make it easy to stay put. Upstairs the primary suite has a cedar ceiling and a stone bathroom; above that, a roof deck with a dining table and a view over the low rooftops to the water and the sunset.
