Somera Masterpiece is a newly built Bel Air estate by developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati, privately gated and designed around a single idea: that the house should open completely to the view. Floor-to-ceiling glass, soaring ceilings and a dramatic living plant wall set the tone, and the plan moves easily between the great room, the dining room and the terraces beyond.

The chef's kitchen is built for scale, with an oversized island, a restaurant-grade walk-in refrigerator and a dedicated prep kitchen behind it. The primary suite reads as its own retreat: fireplace, wraparound terrace with fire pit, spa bathroom with soaking tub and rain shower, and a custom dressing room. Outside, an 80-foot zero-edge infinity pool runs the length of the lawn, with a rooftop lounge, outdoor kitchen, putting green and fitness studio filling out the day.
