Swallow Sanctuary sits high in the Bird Streets, roughly 12,237 square feet arranged around a courtyard pool that the whole house looks into. Seven bedrooms and twelve bathrooms make it one of the largest houses in the collection, but the rooms stay light and quiet: pale oak, white plaster and glass on every side.

Inside, the plan runs from a double-height entry through living and dining rooms to a wine gallery and a games room with a bar.
